The name, Episton, comes from two words, "epistemology" which means ways of knowing, and "ontology" which means ways of being. It is one thing to know who you are in your heart. It is another thing to know and be that person. At Episton Coaching, I focus on you -- who you really are at your core. And I work with you to bring that person to the forefront -- no more hiding from yourself or from others. No more wishing you could be your authentic self. At Episton, I partner with you to help you walk in your life roles and callings with integrity and authenticity. I will walk with you on your journey from knowing to being.

I provide a safe and confidential space for self-awareness, self-reflection, and personal growth to help individuals progress from who they know they are in their hearts to becoming that person in every area of their lives. Together, we work on communication - speaking truth respectfully and listening to understand, getting to the root of issues that may be holding them back, and planning for the future they want for themselves.
